GOING is a trio consisting of Portugues drummer João Lobo, Italian pianist Giovanni Di Domenico and Belgian/HK pianist Pak Yan Lau. This trio reaches for an universal groove, where minimal meets trance. With the double drums (feat. Tatsuhiya Yamamoto), keys and electronics they craft a great interstellar and urban trip. Stuff to make your brain dance and hum.

Novelo Vago is the garage band of contemporary classical music. They make their music with vocals, toy instruments, wind instruments, small percussion and sex toys. The trio consists of long time friends Vera Morais, Teresa Costa and Inês Lopes. They are releasing their first (kind of) album in 2026!

Clôture Électronique is Jostijn Ligtvoet, a musician exploring the borderland between acoustic and electronic sounds. His cello and modular synthesizer together create a unique sound world, with improvisation at its core.

The three members of Vulcano Trio are from Austria, Czechia and Poland. In their playing they employ preparation techniques and alternative articulation techniques. At the same time they remain true to the tradition of free improvisation, free jazz and contemporary composed music. Each band member brings his own unique sound from his specific background.

Saxophone player Hugo Costa has brought together a remarkable set of musicians. They have achieved an album that embodies melody and includes free improvisation and musical understanding that speaks loudly to the listener.

A living laboratory for the voice

The Vocal Room is not a concert, but a performative research space for the voice — a place where vocal expression is explored, challenged, and reinvented. In each edition, vocalist Rianne Wilbers (also known as Rhiannin, and resident at POM) invites a different voice artist to embark on an adventurous experiment together. No repetition, no script — only the here and now.

The collaborative compositions of the Golub/Kintopf/Ber Trio are deeply rooted in free improvisation, resulting in music that consciously unfolds between fixed structures and the open moment. The works function less as finished statements and more as living frameworks for discovering a musical language that coalesces into a distinct ensemble expression through their collective playing.

Chuck Roth is a New-York based guitarist and composer. Both his songwriting and improvised music practice allow him to explore the guitar’s range of sounds and the way musical forms evolve over time.

Elisabeth Coudoux is a German based cellist, composer and artist. She consistently questions her deep roots in traditional music in experimental constellations of interdisciplinary encounters.
